Black Granite Grave Marker 24 inch x 24 inch
24" x 24" x 3/4" Absolute Black Granite Memorials. All Prices include wording in Samoan, English or Tongan. Price includes custom lay out of wording of your choice and two designs. Engraving in English, Samoan or Tongan is possible on this stone. The wording is etched into the stone and not laser engraved. The stone is made from premium black granite. Ceramic photo is not included in this price but can be purchased separately.
Project Terms
50% down payment is required to be made with initial order. Remaining Balance is due upon completion of Memorial Stone and prior to stone pickup/delivery.
All design work is pre-approved by customer before stone is engraved. Customer is responsible to make sure all information for engraving project is correct before engraving of stone is approved. Island Engraving will not be held liable for customer errors in wording or texts on memorial stones.
Refund/Return Policy
Refund policy:
If order is cancelled within seven days of initial order, 75% of initial deposit will be returned to client. 25% is non-refundable and is to cover costs of initial design work for stone. After 7 days initial deposit is non refundable and is surrendered to island engraving.
No Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Completed Projects
Pictures of completed projects of memorial stones will be featured on our our website and social media sites for informational and advertising purposes only. If you do not want us to include your completed project on our website, please contact Island Engraving management.
